In how many days will I receive my order?
You will receive your order in 10-15 business working days once it is confirmed.

Can I modify my order once placed?

Can I return an item if I'm not happy with it?
We do NOT provide a return policy for the products. If you recieve a damaged product, you may send us an email on molinaventures@gmail.com with photos and videos showing the damage clearly. After approving the photos and videos, we may offer a refund.

We do NOT offer any exchange policy.

How long will my refund take?
Should your request get rejected due to any reason, Caribbean Spice Haven shall notify the same. Depending on the mode of payment, the amount can take 7-15 business working days to get credited. For any delay in the refund, please get in touch with your bank.
